Trying something new
Trying something new is always fun but scarey. I love the way this lady blends her photos into her layouts so I thought I would give it a try. Well of course mine turned out nothing like hers but I think I like the outcome never the less. These are two photos that my daughter shot.
One of this months challenges at the Flying Unicorn is to use tissue paper in some way on your layout. Istole borrowed Colleen's idea and used mod podge on my tissue paper and then ran it through my Big Kick with an embossing folder. Once it was embossed I started spraying it with gold and pink mists to pick up the colours from the background paper. I made the brown floral spray following a tutorial from the tutorial section at the Flying Unicorn
That's it for today. I am going to try going back to work tomorrow so I doubt I will get anything done now before Monday.
