Wooo Heeeeeee

Well I saw my eye surgeon this morning and got great news from him. My eye is coming along wonderfully well. He said and I quote, "Jackie Jackie Jackie, you are so busy with what you can't see, you are missing what you can see!" Then he covered my left eye and asked "what can you see now that you couldn't see before?" Wow, I was amazed, he was so right. So he explained to me that my problem is before the surgery I was legally blind in my right eye, after the surgery I have some vision in that eye. Enough to make my glasses too strong but not enough to see without glasses. Hence the reason for the strain.I am no longer legally blind, yippee!!! Once I have the left eye done and some time for healing, then I can get new glasses so all will be great. :)

Anyway I spent today scrappy happy and doing laundry. I am returning to work tomorrow, that should be fun. :) I got three layouts completed today so that was quite the accomplishment. I am so happy that I have my sewing machine working now and can sew to my heart's content on my layouts too.

Here is my first layout that I did for a sketch challenge at Art Unleashed. Art Unleashed is a new Scrapbooking forum started by a couple of ladies who want to push your creative side to its limits but they don't like drama. There isn't any store attached to the forum so you are free to talk about where you get your best buys etc.. it is also a Canadian site.
Can you tell that I am in Luv with the MM Noteworthy products?


The second layout I used a Becky Fleck sketch. At this rate I am going to have to go and buy more of these Noteworthy papers LOL


Here is my third layout, I tore myself away from the Noteworthy for this one. I used a sketch from "A Scrap Addict's sketches" for this Layout.


I am really on a roll now. The only photos left now from the Safari are the fifty plus from the Misumu Bay Wet Play. LOL
